day 02

Golden Circle Highlights & Snowmobiling on Langjökull

We begin the day by exploring Iceland’s famous Golden Circle, one of the country’s most popular sightseeing routes. Our first stop is Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet. We continue to the Geysir Geothermal Area, home to the erupting Strokkur geyser, before visiting the powerful Gullfoss, one of Iceland’s most iconic waterfalls.
In the afternoon, adventure takes over with a snowmobile tour on Langjökull Glacier, Iceland’s second-largest glacier. Riding across the vast ice cap offers a true Arctic experience and unforgettable views of the surrounding highlands. After the adrenaline rush, we slow the pace with a relaxing soak at Laugarás Lagoon, a modern geothermal spa set in peaceful surroundings.
We end the day in Hvolsvöllur, where we settle in for the night and recharge for the adventures ahead.

DAY 03

Katla Ice Cave & Super Jeep Glacier Adventure

Today’s journey takes us deep into Iceland’s frozen landscapes on a Katla Ice Cave tour. Traveling by Super Jeep, we head onto Mýrdalsjökull, one of Iceland’s largest glaciers and home to the active Katla volcano.
Equipped with crampons and helmets, we explore striking natural ice formations shaped by volcanic activity and glacial movement. Inside the ice cave, dramatic black and blue ice walls create a surreal atmosphere, offering one of the most unique winter experiences in Iceland.
The tour begins at 12:30 and lasts approximately 3 hours. All necessary safety equipment is provided, along with expert guidance and Super Jeep transportation.

DAY 04

South Coast Adventure & Glacier Hike

Today we explore Iceland’s dramatic South Coast, home to some of the country’s most iconic natural attractions. Our first stop is Seljalandsfoss, a famous waterfall where, weather permitting, you can walk behind the cascading water for a unique perspective. We then continue to Skógafoss, one of Iceland’s largest and most powerful waterfalls, plunging 60 meters over a wide cliff and often framed by rainbows in the spray.
Next, adventure awaits on Sólheimajökull, an outlet glacier of the larger Mýrdalsjökull ice cap. With an experienced guide, we set out on a guided glacier hike, learning about glacier formation, volcanic influence from the nearby Katla volcano, and the constantly changing icy landscape. All necessary safety equipment is provided.
We end the day at Reynisfjara, Iceland’s most famous black sand beach, known for its basalt columns, volcanic sands, and dramatic Atlantic coastline, before returning to Reykjavík in the evening.

Together, they’ll introduce you to Reykjavík’s main landmarks as well as lesser-known streets, hidden corners, and local favorites, offering insight into Icelandic culture, history, and everyday life. Before parting ways, your guide will share her personal recommendations for lunch spots, traditional New Year’s Eve bonfires, and the best locations to enjoy Reykjavík’s famous midnight firework displays.
